Cancellation

A minimum of three (3) days’ notice for a full refund is required for cancellations to be authorized, otherwise the equivalent of one (1) day’s rental charge from monies paid will be forfeited.

Scope of Use

• Vehicle must be used only for personal or routine business.
• Vehicle must be operated only on properly maintained roads and parking lots
• Vehicle must not be subleased or used as a vehicle for hire
• Vehicle must not be operated by any other person other than the person(s) duly noted and authorized to operate the vehicle as per rental contract

Breaches of this policy will incur serious fines.

Driver Restriction/Age Surcharge

Drivers must be over the age of 21 years old. A daily age surcharge will apply for drivers under the age of 25 years old.

Driver’s Licence must be at least 2 years old.

Fuel/Fuel Surcharge

Rental vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at check-out. Vehicles returned with less fuel will attract a fuel surcharge at a rate higher than the retail pump price as a service fee will be included. No credit or refund will be given for petrol brought back in excess of what was received.

Security Deposit

A mandatory security deposit equivalent to the vehicle class is required for each new rental contract. Security deposits are refundable, provided all stipulations are met in compliance with the rental contract. Please check with our rental agents for more details.

Smoking and Excessive Odors

Smoking in rental vehicles is strictly prohibited. Special cleaning charges will apply for excessive odors including smoke and mould. Please check with our rental agents for more details.
