Third Party Insurance

All vehicles are covered by Third Party Liability Insurance.

Partial Damage Waivers

The Renter is responsible for the full cost of damage or loss to the rented vehicle. However, a partial damage waiver may be purchased to reduce or offset the Renter’s financial liability in the event of loss of damage, provided there is compliance with the terms of the rental agreement.  The following waiver schedules are available:

1. Partial Damage Waiver Class 1

JMD $500.00 per day for damages up to but not exceeding JMD $25,000.00

2. Partial Damage Waiver Class 2

JMD $1,000.00 per day for damages up to but not exceeding JMD $100,000.00

3. Partial Damage Waiver Class 3

JMD $2,000.00 per day for damages up to but not exceeding JMD $250,000.00

The Partial Damage Waiver is not insurance and is therefore not mandatory; therefore the Renter can decline. However, if he/she declines they will be responsible for the full cost of damage to the vehicle up to the full cost of the vehicle. The Partial Damage Waiver does no cover lost tools, remote entry devices or spare tires where applicable.
