Easy journeys.
Rent for at least 3 days. Drivers must be 23 or older and have held their licence for more than 2 years. Bring your original licence and identification for verification.
Online booking: choose a 30% booking deposit or pay the rental in full. All payments count toward the rental. The booking deposit component is 30% of the rental total, including when paying in full. Any remaining rental balance and the separate refundable security deposit are due before handover. Minimum rental: 3 days. Drivers must be at least 23 and have held a valid licence for more than 2 years. The licence must remain valid throughout the rental. Original licence and identity documents must be verified before handover. Free cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup. For cancellation less than 48 hours before pickup, a service charge of 15% of the booking deposit paid applies; the rest of the rental prepayment is refundable. Contact Kaizen to cancel; cancellation time is measured against the scheduled Jamaica pickup time. Location services are charged each way: Norman Manley Airport JMD 8,000; Sangster Airport (Montego Bay) JMD 30,000; Home / Office Delivery JMD 6,000. These charges are included in the quoted total and converted at the accepted booking exchange rate for USD. Chauffeur service is by request; terms and separate billing are arranged after confirmation. Vehicle class is reserved; a particular model is not guaranteed.
Choose a 30% booking deposit or pay the full rental cost. Any refundable security deposit is separate. Availability, delivery arrangements and final charges must be confirmed with Kaizen.
